6. Products

Zarrar Bazar sells unstitched fabric and may provide related services such as men's stitching and customization. Product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual fabric colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to lighting, photography, screen calibration, display settings, and device differences. This does not excuse materially incorrect products.

7. Fabric Products

Before placing an order, you should review the fabric type, color, design, quantity, and other product details carefully. For fabric sold by length or quantity, you are responsible for selecting the correct amount before checkout.

Fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, dyed, stitched, or otherwise modified by the customer may not qualify for return or exchange, except where the problem is caused by a defect or fulfilment error by Zarrar Bazar.

8. Stitched and Customized Products

Zarrar Bazar offers men's stitching and customization services. Customized orders are prepared according to your:

• Provided measurements
• Selected fabric
• Design and style instructions
• Customization preferences

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and instructions. Stitched, tailored, customized, or made-to-measure products may have different cancellation, return, and exchange conditions because they are prepared specifically for you.

9. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Zarrar Bazar may update product availability, remove products, temporarily suspend products, or correct stock information at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution according to the circumstances.

10. Pricing

All product prices shown on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and apply at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and discounts may change from time to time.

Occasionally, pricing or product information errors may occur. Zarrar Bazar reserves the right to correct obvious errors. If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we may contact you before fulfilment.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, sale prices, and special offers may have specific eligibility conditions, expiry dates, product restrictions, and usage limits. Please follow the specific terms attached to each promotion.

Zarrar Bazar reserves the right to refuse fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or improperly obtained discount use.

12. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you select products, provide checkout information, review your order, and submit it. Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

Zarrar Bazar may need to verify details before accepting or processing certain orders. An order confirmation message indicates that your order has been received but does not necessarily guarantee immediate dispatch.

13. Order Acceptance

Zarrar Bazar reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances such as:

• Product unavailability
• Obvious pricing or product information errors
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Suspected fraud or suspicious activity
• Repeated abusive ordering behavior
• Delivery restrictions
• Operational limitations
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled after payment is received, we will handle any applicable refund according to our actual payment processes.

14. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation message or email indicates that your order has been received and recorded. It does not automatically guarantee dispatch. We may contact you to verify order details when necessary.

15. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders, depending on location and order circumstances. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may contact you to confirm your order.

Please be available to receive your package. Refusing legitimate orders without contacting us may affect your future COD eligibility.

17. Shipping and Delivery

Current delivery charges are as follows:

Shipping charges may change due to fuel prices, courier rates, transportation costs, and other operational circumstances. Current courier partners may include PostEx, Pakistan Post, and TCS. Courier selection depends on destination, availability, and operational conditions.

18. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, floods, road closures, traffic, protests, strikes, security restrictions, government restrictions, fuel or transportation disruptions, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee delivery times that depend on third-party courier operations or circumstances outside our control.

19. Delivery Information

You must provide accurate name, phone number, email, complete address, city, post office or locality information, and other details required for delivery. We may contact you to confirm or clarify delivery information. Incorrect information may cause delays or failed delivery.

20. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, dispatched, stitched, customized, or specifically prepared for you, cancellation may no longer be possible. For customized products, cancellation conditions may be more restrictive once production has started.

21. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Important product conditions for fabric include: unused fabric may be eligible where the policy allows; cut, washed, stitched, or altered fabric may not be eligible. Customized products have special conditions. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrongly supplied products are handled according to the policy.

22. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and the circumstances of your order. Refunds may be processed after return approval, product inspection (where required), and confirmation that eligibility conditions are satisfied. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are handled via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or store credit as applicable.

23. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Reviewing products before ordering
• Providing accurate measurements for stitching
• Providing a valid delivery address
• Providing a reachable phone number for delivery where required
• Keeping your account information secure
• Not sharing OTPs or verification codes
• Using our website lawfully
• Following applicable return and shipping conditions
• Checking fabric details and quantity before ordering

24. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Zarrar Bazar may review orders or account activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, manipulative, or intended to exploit our promotions, evade payment, misuse returns, or compromise our systems.

Reasonable actions may include requesting verification, delaying processing, cancelling a suspicious order, or restricting account functionality. This section does not apply to legitimate customer complaints or valid returns.

25. Intellectual Property

Our website content, including the Zarrar Bazar brand name, logo, product images, text, graphics, design, videos, icons, layout, and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Zarrar Bazar. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without our permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Our website may interact with or link to third-party services such as delivery providers, payment services, social platforms, or external websites. Zarrar Bazar is not responsible for the independent terms, availability, or policies of third-party services. Please review relevant third-party terms where appropriate.
